Everytime someone puts my Wusthof's in the sink they end up looking rusted afterwards. Time to get a new set, damn oxidation. |
Quit buying "entry level" cutlery, and never leave it in the sink. Also I wouldn't buy a set, buy a few really nice knives. I prefer Santoku style knives and have several in different sizes. I wash mine immediately after using them, dry them and put them away.
