I seem to be in the minority here, but I do think the dealer should offer something for the inconvenience. Take care of the payment for those 2 weeks, give him a credit for future service, etc..

Yes it was a mistake, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be held liable. This was supposed to be a few hour event, and now it's going to take 2 weeks instead.
