well i weighed myself at 206 recently and i freaked out.
im 511/6ft
i plan about 2 miles 4-5 times a week....homemade smoothie for breakfast....a yogurt for snack before lunch...lunch is a homemade chicken salad...dinner is another smothie...taking vitamins to make up for meats and such.
running at night about 3-4 hours before bed
