The only 3er built in South Africa is the 3er sedan. That's the production that's going to shift to Mexico. All 4 Series cars are built in Germany, including U.S. bound production. BMW isn't going to move 100% of their U.S. production of 3ers to Mexico. They're not going to put all of their U.S. eggs in one basket.
