Yes! Although you'll want to have a drop to give some natural camber with the aggressive offsets, and also be careful with tire selection to minimize rubbing.
If you go with 19x9.5 +33 Rear and 19x8.5 +35 Front it should be pretty easy since rear camber can be adjusted easily stock.
I'm getting 19x9.5 +33 / 19x8.5 +20 delivered Wednesday and gonna try the stock tire sizes (225/40 F 255/35 R) for a very mild stretch + meaty setup lowered on Dinan springs. I'll report back :-)
