Yeah. You're probably gonna want an impact for that. Torque spec is 420 Nm (~310 ft-lb).
I took my wheels off yesterday and did some checking. My axles have the exact same play in them that you showed in your video. The rears do not have any play.
Keep me posted on the result of your axle replacement!
