I just installed B16 coilovers with Ground Control street camber plates like yours. I am also at 1.5 threads front and 9 rear. However, my car seems to sit way higher that yours both front and rear.
What tire size are you running? I have 265/35r18 on 18x10 +25 EC7s. Are you running something that fills in the fenders more?
The only thing I can think of is that I kept the rubber spring pad (it fit into the GC plates no problem) but that cant be more than 1/8" thick or so. Even still, that doesn't explain the rear also being way higher.
