I think your tires are fine specially since you aren't rubbing on the driver side.
Here're pics of the rubbing spot. As you can see, it's barely touching one area and I can barely hear the rubbing sound as I back out of my garage with the steering wheel turned all the way. BTW, as far as I am aware, no work was ever done on that side (per my buddy who sold the car to me).
