The only reason I questioned it was because I got a message from the dealer that I was due for a service soon and did I want to schedule one. My warranty is now up, along with it the service package. So I asked if my service was still covered, and they replied "no, but there is a recall on your car too". I checked my vin online and didn't see a recall so I was suspicious that it was just a way of getting me in, which felt a bit greasy. I asked why this recall didn't show up online and they didn't really have an answer.
