Call AAA. After ~20 minutes I decide to try their online request. Building across the street gets selected because it didn't verify the address from the map. Call AAA again. After 49 minutes in the elevator, with the same song, I get a person. She calls the tow and confirms they can haul the bike. Oh, by the way, it's 2-2.5 HOURS before they can arrive because of traffic. Traffic? They aren't coming from Esteban house.
