Drivetrain and Ignition Malfunction

I have a 2012 BMW 650i xDrive. I was driving it when the engine shut off and shifted into neutral. It gave me a Ignition Malfunction warning and told me not to stop the engine, because it may not start again. It will no longer start, sometimes it cranks and sounds like it's about to start and other times it sounds like it tries to crank for 1/4 second and gives up. Since then I have manually put the transmission into neutral, replaced the spark plugs, and crankshaft position sensor. Since then it sounds like it's closer to turning over, but has now given me a drivetrain Malfunction error. With a cheap scanner I found the only code is U1190. I'm thinking the TCM has failed, but was looking to see if anyone has dealt with this before or have any other suggestions on what it could be.

Here is a link to the engine trying to turn over, this is the best attempt I've had.
