As a rule of thumb if something breaks right after I fix something (else)I go back and check the work.
If you haven’t already double check all connections and everything you touched, make sure the coil is pushed all the way down, spark plug tight, connections plugged in. If things seem well, I would try plugging in one of the replaced coils and see if the code goes away.
