While I agree that personal vehicles are not the primary issue, this is also incorrect - the 3 largest sources of GHG are transportation (28%), energy production (25%), and industry (23%) - this is using the EPA's own data. Agriculture as a whole is ~10% with cattle being a fraction of that. Take into account the natural methane/CO2 cycle (i.e. non-exogenous carbon) and it's even less.
