I would just leave it. There isn't really a good way to prevent chips on a wheel lol. I have so many random chips on my wheels that I stopped chasing them and let them be.
If you really want, you can just get touch up paint that is used for your wheel but I wouldn't do a full wheel repair for something so minor lol.
