Congratulations!! On your new car and on doing the driving experience!!! Isn’t BMWNA cool for offering this?! No other manufacturer I know of (other than possibly Porsche) makes these offers with the regularity BMWNA does.
I appreciate you posting your experience for others to see. This is one of those offers BMWNA makes to “regular” buyers on a mostly occasional basis. It’s not something that is necessarily always out there. This experience is always available to anyone for a $300 cost. When you order a new BMW you always have the option of taking Performance Center Delivery where you get yourself to Greer, but BMW will pick you up at the airport, put you up the night before in a nice hotel in Greenville, feed you dinner in the hotel restaurant and then breakfast the next morning before they pick you up and take you to the Performance Center for a half day of driving instruction and then a BMW delivery specialist delivers your car to you.
btw, it’s the internet, pics (of the car at least) or it didn’t happen.

edit: I’m leaving the part about how BMWNA used to do Performance Center Delivery, but it is no longer accurate. They no longer pick you up at the airport, pay for a night of lodging or provide meals. I still commend BMWNA for reinstating the program, which they suspended for a relatively short time, but as is typical these days, when they give their reason for cutting back the program, rather than just admit it was to save themselves money they made up an excuse that doesn’t make sense. So, after being able to manage the more comprehensive experience for over twenty years, now they don’t do it because everyone’s travel plans are different. In my almost twenty years on these BMW enthusiast forums I can say with 100% certainty I never read a single complaint about being picked up at the airport in a BMW 7 Series or X5, having accommodations provided for a night and getting dinner and breakfast before being picked up in the morning and driven to the Performance Center.
