tried this for a week - ridiculously good workout. VERY intense and VERY time consuming. I will restart once I finally get enough time.
bmstyle on the forums tried it, didn't follow the routines but just chose a few vids he liked, did em routinely - he saw very good results, he went being a skinny kid to a moderate/pretty built individual (upper body - since he decided to do that only)
