um - chest/bi's? Never did that one, I always did Chest / Tris. When you are pressing weight on bench you are also working Tri's so essentially you are working Chest / Bi's / Tri's all in one day then the next day doing Shoulders / Tri's, so you are hitting Tri's twice in two days, not very good idea unless I am missing something.
