Knowing what kind of people our mods are, I doubt they will ask us for money unless they are in serious financial trouble with handling this site. If that is the case, I will definitely pitch in.
I do not think there are enough active senior members though, for regular donations. If you've been in forum culture long enough, at last, most who contributes are active senior members(because they are the ones really dedicated). Newbies or Comes-and-Goes members don't care much. They most likely just move on to other forum. Wait some more, let the time go by, "build" more active/dedicated senior members, and then let the.. whatever begin.
I know couple other boards have special Porn Sections only open to those members who pay. I heard it usually works really well.
