Im back on my diet and trying to get fit for summer...
Ive been on a diet since jan 27th and ive lost 7.5 pounds so far eating right(1800-1900 calorie diet a day)<perfect for my weight and what i want to see, been doing cardio 5 days a week burning about 400 calories a day with it.
I am down to 229.5 pounds and im not stopping until i hit about 200.
Im down 15.5 pounds since Nov 14th.
