BMW of Peabody, MA in that list? My experience with them was terrible. I bought my '23 Mini JCW Clubman from them and:
- My car had cosmoline leaking from the engine bay that damaged the plastic trims around the wheelarches. They attempted to re-clean the engine bay and replace the trims twice, both times ill-fitting the replacements.
- They could not provide me winter wheels and tires.
- They could not source me the JCW alcantara steering wheel from the JCW parts catalogue.
- They do not have a body shop.
- Recently I found out that they left the suspension shipping blocks on, failing to remove it pre-delivery. I drove my car for a year thinking it was just the stiffest thing and when I had it lifted, found the blocks, and had them removed the car completely changed.
All the while nobody seemed to care about my frustration. I got my G23 M440xi from Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, who has been servicing it since, so I just switched to them for my Mini as well. Would not entertain dealing with BMW of Peabody anymore.
