First they throw a dart at a map. Then they strap a parachute on a monkeys back and a camera onto a helmet that is placed on its head and load it into an airplane. Then they fly to the spot on the map and push the monkey out of the plane. After the monkey lands the first E90 he touches is selected as E90 of the month... blatantly stolen from Lewis Black.
