I was the third person in northern Virginia to get a Mazda Miata in 1990, my first convertible. My wife and I loved that car but sold it to save money for a house down payment. Missed the car but was a smart move for us. Bought an 85 RX-7 GSL-SE which was a very fun car. A practical but fun Mazda MX-6 6MT followed until...
a few years later I returned to convertibles with an E30. Followed that up with an E36 convertible and now an E46 convertible. All manual transmissions. Love my current E36 with ZHP but I am thinking about an M3 Convertible. Would love to have the V-8 power but could miss the inline 6.
