You misinterpret what I wrote. Ab work in conjunction with everything else I mention will definitely show results......if you melt half of the lard instead of just seeing lard...you will see lard in the shape of a brick.....get it? Just the fact that I could see my abs coming back gave me motivation to keep it up...and I was not fat at all in the abdominal region
