Based upon my own experience....
1. Diet, diet, diet......I am not saying you HAVE to eat nothing but healthy food...but guard your portion sizes and IF you have to eat at fast food joints, try to pick something more healthy....choose with your stomach fat in mind...not with your taste buds
2. Cardio...speaks for itself...cardio burns fat when coupled with diet. It has to do with how many calories you burn versus how many you take in.
3. WORK THOSE ABS(do the P90X ab-ripper every other day...only takes about 20 min or so, you can find youtube examples of it).....if you build enough muscle underneath your "Fat" it will not be as noticeable..and may actually make you look more proportional.
Those things worked for me (was doing P90X and playing soccer for cardio). I hope they work for you.
