I have seen many members on here recommended this workout to others as a great way to get in shape.

I started it a week ago and its a very intense workout and the meal plan is even more so.
I thought I could start a thread to get some to join me and get sort of a motivation thread going with sharing progress to go with it.
For those who are going to the gym with a lack of planned training or just hopping from one machine to another without a structured plan, its a waste of time and just inefficient.
That was the main reason I jumped on this workout because everyday is planned for you and I just watch the video prior to goin to the gym, write the workout in a notebook, and then head out.
Lets see where this takes us
