I'd do a simple weights routine doing the fundamental lifts, something like the 5x5 workout
There are only two different routines made of 5 different exercises.
Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Barbell Rows 5x5
Workout B
Squat 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Alternate between those 3 or 4 times a week and try to increase weights every time.
Simple and effective.
Just make sure to get some help with getting the form correct to begin with. Very important.
