Our bodies are built to suck the most amount of calories out of any food. Therefore if you eat like modern human beings, you will never loose weight. Don't listen to the government food pyramid schemes and 6 small meals a day crap. You have to fast regularly to naturally keep the digestive system clean and healthy.
