The weekend will help you rest up. Muscles need rest and I assume you are going for endurance and tone and not bulky muscles.

Yes I did mention on getting big. So a full body workout is not the ideal thing for me?
So that means I have to work indivual muscles on different days?
I dont wanna get lean or cut now, just wanna get big.
