OK, I just updated. It seems to work fine, though it is noticeably slower than v1.1. Specifically, up and down page scrolling and in-app notifications are a little sluggish. It's definitely usable on the iPhone 4, but it would be great to see performance optimizations in the future.
I do like the new features that were added (pic zooming, specifically).
