+1 It really does as it says and only enhances the sound. I quite like it when I drove an M135i, though you don't really notice it. I'm sure it would be noticeable doing back to back drives with it on/off but watching the YouTube videos, Active Sound makes that high rpm in the N55 sound even sweeter.
