One of my wife's older (70 y/o) relatives has gotten involved in 1-minute "scalp" crypto trading/bidding. He did his first scalp trade over the weekend using $100K which he turned into $127K. He was so excited and also shocked that he made so much so quickly.
I don't know much about this, but it seems pretty damn sketchy and essentially full-on gambling based on my read of the process. My wife and I are a bit worried that him and his wife will ultimately lose big in the end, basically like a gambling addiction. $100K isn't pocket change to them either. Anyone do scalp trading?
