The F15 X5 didn't initially have the rebate either (I think they do now). At the end of the day, it's a BMW sanctioned rebate, so they'll control it with supply and demand in mind. That's unfortunate, since we're paying for this membership with the rebate in mind, it should be automatic, no exceptions.
