Don't mean to hijack the thread, but parts say it is a telescoping nozzle (61677179311) and I'm thinking it is FIXED not telescoping.
Trying to piece together a retrofit - all I need is the nozzle which fits in that cap - I ended up here because it finally helped me find the cap!

The caps clip into the front bumper, nozzles are attached to the trim surrounding the headlight. Nozzles on e9x M3 are fixed and regular e9x have telescoping nozzles and their caps are attached directly to the nozzle.
