I've been using Prepare from Herbalife24 for awhile. I used all that other stuff you just mentioned, but I got jittery, dizzy, had massive crashes, headaches and some others were just straight sugars and fillers. This is the first one I actually liked. So far so good (1.5 years)!!

30 minutes before a workout I also eat a slice of multigrain bread with organic peanut butter and organic honey then use the Prepare (preworkout) 15 minutes before I start. I got that idea from Sidney Crosby (hate the player, but awesome clean carb/energy snack).
