Not true Eazy-e. Apple sells the computers and software that runs and runs on the computers - ie OS X, iLife, iWork, GarageBand, iTunes, etc. Apple controls their own 'eco-system', ie hardware and software and thats probably one of the main reasons their products are so good.
Microsoft mostly sells just the software (except in rare cases like the Xbox and the Dune, uh mean Zune). They partner with computer makers like HP and Dell who then sell their software with the computers - ie Windows Vista, Office, etc. These computers are considered 'PCs' or 'Wintel' machines (back in the day when it was all intel chips in the PCs).
