I also convinced someone to go on a test drive and they got back to me saying my review was spot-on about it feeling like an M5 in an X7 chassis. I wouldn’t believe it either had I not driven one myself. They are an absolute joy to drive.

To those of you that have the X5M’s and X6M’s, those are fantastic vehicles too (I used to own a regular X6), but the XM is noticeably bigger - especially in the in the second row. If you’re 6’ plus like I am, you can sit in the second row with the front seat all the way back and still have room without touching the seat in front of you.
