the s85 v10 is not that much heavier than hte s54 iron block motor that came w/the s54 m coupes. regardless, the guys over at
www.trackcultures.com put a v10 s85 into an e46 m3 and said the weight difference was not much and there was still a near even weight distribution.
they mated the v10 w/the 6sp from the e9x m3. i am under teh assumption the dct from the e9x m3 could work or probably just the smg from the e60 m5 would work.

i know you are joking, but thats clearly what is wrong w/the auto enthusiast world these days.
