OP you cannot spot target fat loss, you would need to be in a caloric deficit to lose BF. Depending on how much a deficit you're in will dictate how my LBM is lost as well.

I do not disagree with you but with all due respect sir, I do not totally agree either. I use to have a size 34 waist and gone down to 32. I lost 3 lbs of body fat and my BMI went down to 22 from 26 all in one month. Please take note that I'm working out 5x a week. Ofcourse you have to workout as well in combination with the diet. It's not good to lose weight just by starving yourself. I'm just speaking through my experiences so please don't take my word for it.
