I've been tracking my progress on another forum. I started at the beginning of May, so this is essentially just over 2 months of progress. I haven't been training hardcore but I've changed my diet and started consistent excercise. I feel 5x better than I did, have much more energy, and my body has gone from flimsy to firm. It's grrrrreat!
