It is usually more than just a pizza. And my restaurant gives packets of grated cheese and crushed red peppers with every pizza. I count those as condiments...
And even if it was just a pizza I would still leave a couple of dollars. The process from order taking to retrieving the food from the kitchen is no different than table service. I assume you don't stiff the wait staff when you actually eat a pizza in the restaurant? Assuming the order was handled correctly...
