My thoughts exactly... I run into this a lot actually. Have fired a couple people recently over it. If it is in your job description (even in the fine print) and you are being told to do it, suck it up and do it.
In most cases, if whatever your boss is telling you to do isn't immoral, illegal, or unethical, then you're probably going to lose this battle. |
