My car had 30k miles when the VANOS failed and ruined the top end of my motor. They rebuilt it instead of giving me a new engine like they should have and it's been a nightmare since.
And the code to watch out for is 2DCE I believe. If you see this rip on the car harder so the motor blows when the VANOS fails  .... otherwise you'll end up like me with problems for eternity! |
It would be really nice for me to get a new engine at 83k miles! Then this car will for sure go 250k... like it should.
