Saw the i8 at an Ultimate Driving Event. I'm not a big "hotrod" lover anyway, but those doors are going to decapitate someone in a parking lot. At least it doesn't make me feel, as the i3 does, that a goatee and a latte are required every time I take the driver's seat.
I think the politically-driven arguments about the scientifically verified warming trend in the world's climate is embarrassing, BUT hybrid-hater, and other non-petrol technology haters might consider my point of view -
If we were less reliant on petroleum, a lot more Americans would be alive today than were alive in September 2001 - and a lot more of those living would have all their limbs...and we could more comfortably ignore a part of the world that IMO well deserves to be ignored, until ti can pull itself together.
