So I've heard. I only watch at finals time so basketball knowledge is lacking. I would call that bad sportsmanship too. However, there is much more high impact contact in basketball than there is soccer.
Also, I've been watching the finals this year and can't really say that injury faking has stood out to me. Watch a soccer game for 5 minutes and it's a different story.
