I don't keep a log or anything but a year ago I was about 180-190. All I did was lift and eat w/ very little cardio. Went on a low-carb diet and went down to 165 for now. I get compliments from coworkers and friends all the time, but I feel I'm nowhere near where I want to be.
I'm going to try the 5x5 method at
www.stronglifts.com. My scale says I'm still at around 20% body fat so I'm a fatso.
