Here is my bacon creation from the weekend.
Wrights Applewood Thick Cut, two layers, one under then and a blanket of bacon on top of seared chicken, with a french onion red wine sauce, then covered in cheese, and another layer of bacon, then baked in the oven.
I was too drunk to take a finish pic, but I took a "in process" pic.
