I'm not sure if there are rollers at all, I believe they wheels were photoshopped to look as if they were spinning. Rolling wind tunnels usually have a bigger rolling surface and a 'sting' boom to hold the vehicle in place. This non-rolling type however uses vents fore of the wheels to suck air down, simulating the effect of a moving surface, otherwise there would be wind drag against the ground.
