BMWNA is terrible. They try to deny me warranty because of my mods which are completely unrelated. Ever since the VANOS failed the first time I've had oil consumption issues and now some oil leaks and broken intake plastic parts because my car has been taken apart so many times since.
My car had 30k miles when the VANOS failed and ruined the top end of my motor. They rebuilt it instead of giving me a new engine like they should have and it's been a nightmare since.
And the code to watch out for is 2DCE I believe. If you see this rip on the car harder so the motor blows when the VANOS fails
.... otherwise you'll end up like me with problems for eternity!

So my 2011 F10 is getting fixed now. The bolts broke causing the vanos to get loose and break as well. From what I was told is that the broken bolts fell into my motor so they have to take the whole thing apart and check for any other damages and to get the broken pieces.
