I didn't have to cook this evening aside from the onion rings. When I went for my morning run yesterday, my "next door" neighbour who lives half a mile away, was checking his mail box when I passed in front of his property. There was smoke coming out of his yard and I said to him: "It smells good" to which he replied " I'm smoking some pork". " Keep some for me" as I was running past laughing.
Well, as I was doing some gardening this afternoon, a pick-up truck shows up and there was my neighbour with a tub of BBQ pulled pork and two buns. "Hope you like it". The life in the Country...
And delicious it was. Melted in your mouth just like candy.
