understand the importance of a balanced diet, increase those calories with carbs not sugary foods. 5x5 weight training (5 set 5 reps HEAVY weights) General rule, eat big, train big, get big.

I myself struggle to eat big, I choose to supplement with my shakes, adding fine blend scottish oats to your protien. Your shakes are a supplement and should not be a subsutitude. Add a couple of spoons of peanut butter too
